10. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: I have tried mailing, no screenshot though. When i do /seen sarabraden, it says offline for 19 days 13 hours and 44 minutes.

11. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I am going to try to re-sell the house. My town has a 14 day rule, and everyone has to read the rules before joining, and as you saw, he/she has been offline for 19 days.
