6. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: The house is owned by a user who was banned from town for breaking rules. (Building/Mining Outside of plot owned). I sent mail to both users 1 week ago to warn and resolve but they never replied. I would like to sell the plots and move forward. If there is an issue with the users after the lwc removal I will take ownership and resolve the matter myself.
