player comes on a few times a week. i have mailed the user requesting they remove the lock on the sign and the sign they placed. but still has not done so.​

player was not permitted to place this sign within our town hall, Nor were they permitted to lock it, due to this being minor, grief report for this action is not needed at this time. but i am requesting that the lock be removed due to the player not being willing to do so.
