@Loowaa the user has been offline for only 9 hours. If you cannot get ahold of them when you are online, please do /mail send l_vick65 and explain the situation and see if they can come and remove the locks or post here on the thread. If anything, tell them to send a mail to me saying that i can remove the lock in farmland.
I'll leave this open for 24 hours for any followup! -
