Of the chests near those coords, three are locked by presently active players, including @matrix_rep. You will need to get themto remove their locks, or evict them from the town properly before we can do lwc's.
Four chests were locked by two different inactive players, and those locks were removed. In the future, please look up "Unknown" players on mcuuid.net before you file the request. Makes things much easier for us. :)
