    So, probability of Matthew_Gruber winning his lottery was a 20/4942 = 0.40% (2sf)

    The probability of Revan winning the lotto she did was:
    5,279,350 / 850 = 6211 total tickets

    So, 1/6211 = 0.016% (2sf)

    Meaning that Revan was (roughly) 25x more lucky than Matthew was for his already extremely lucky win.
