Well thing is, it's not one number, so if different people lead in different categories so what I'm asking is in your opinion who is the best lotto player with all of the stats put together, who do you think is the best lotto player because if someone my think one stat is better to lead in than the other, and someone else may think differently and this could change their opinion. So if we have a poll we can get enough data.

I don't understand why there are heavy users who get more out of the lottery than they put in. $1000 goes in, $850 comes back. You would think that, over time, the lottery would be a losing game.
(NOTE: I myself have been lucky in the lottery because of one huge 1 ticket win, but I would consider that a statistical outlier.) -
