1,000,000 EcoDollars because buying 800 tickets was no problem.
The lottery should be somewhat fair for everyone.
I think there should be a point where you can't buy tickets anymore if you have a certain amount of $.
So if you had 100k or so, you are not allowed to buy a ticket from the lottery.
This way if you're the richest (or one of the richest) willing to put in all his money for a 99% chance of winning, you will be restricted or limited to a certain amount of tickets for the lottery.
and/or you could limit # of tickets bought per person.

the limit atm is 1000 tickets
and I have the feeling that limit will be reached soon. but eventually someone with a lower chance of winning will win and he has two choices: putting it in the lottery or saving the money for future projects.
if he starts putting it in the lottery this will repeat itself until someone wins who is smart enough to not take the risk.
even if you put 1000 tickets in someone else who puts 1 ticket in still has a chance of winning (its only 1/1000th chance but its a chance)
so there does not have to be a limit or change to the lottery because the person who put in the 1000k is doing it for a small risk of losing (people with lots of money have lost before, only on a smaller scale)
