@ihazpiez87, in your screenshots, it says you can only afford 60 tickets.

 

Doubt anything will come of this as you weren't on the server and in minechat.

 

This has happened in the past, I've seen it a few times.

They might try to see if it's bug, but I doubt you will get a refund.

 

Also, you have no proof of it taking any money. You have a balance of 60k and you're trying to use a prerecorded phrase that tells you you don't have enough money to justify something that you have no proof of.

 

TDog, the server logs all money transactions, so phys would be able to see the money being taken out and not being added to the lottery pot.

 

If staff did this kind of stuff they would not need proof in complaints and bug reports.

 

First of all, only Phys and Jakey would have the ability to do this. All staff members cannot be trusted with this feature, so it's just them. Although phys does have the ability to look up all the server history, this would take a TON of time and in the big picture it would just be a waste of time which could be spent doing more productive things for the server. We have a staff team for a reason. They do the best they can with the evidence they are provided and all users have the ability to provide valid evidence, so I see no need to repetitively do this. It's only purpose would be for cases like this involving a bug or a large amount of money loss, or gain. Point is she can check the logs for this, as it is a bug which harms the server.

 

Actually, here's how it really works. Phys updates the server logs for the SA's, ever 4 days or so, we can request a log dive from them, and they will give us info as requested. SA+ have this as a security measure.
