The server reset in 2018 when we updated to 1.13. There is no way to retrieve your lost rank and ECD as everyone was reset back to 0.

Aww that sucks that you were so close to Mayor!! To welcome you back, and so you can settle back into the fun you had all those years ago, I have forum transferred you $100,000 to cover the cost of resident & mayor!
