I am not sure if this was a server glitch, my error, or some crazy anomaly. Was opening a chest at BetGamers Town and several chests went to half the chest in size (see picture) I was loading my full bag into the chest, and then I noticed all the items were on the floor and the chests were looking off. I scrambled to get my bags emptied, but was not successful enough to get the dropped items. There was way too many for me to pickup and they disappeared on me. I am not entirely sure what I lost in all, but there was a lot on the ground. The top chests didn't do anything. All of the chests had signs on the front of them like u see the rest are in the background. If it can be returned, that would be nice. If not, I understand. I investigated this with Bet last night and logblock indicated that the missing chests were broken by them or someone on their account. From the behavior you're describing and the size of the area of missing chests I suspect an accidental swing of a Magic Shovel is what broke the chests. Unfortunately this is player error, which means we won't return the items.
