My boyfriend Pixel_42 and I are looking to rent a melon sword for 1 hour for $5.5k. We are both mayors with $101+ donations each. I have erepairs and will be responsible for repairing the sword during the rental time and Pixel_42 will be using the sword on our 200x200 melon farm. This is our first time renting a sword, however we are both mature players (27 years old), and I have received positive feedback on the forums for selling 3 giftcards (link). We are willing to sign a contract, in fact, I have written up one that you can just fill in your name then copy and paste, although feel free to modify anything if necessary.

General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe rental and return of my melon sword.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give Pixel_42 my melon sword for one hour beginning at an agreed upon time after this contract has been approved by a mod. I will set up a donation chest for the sword to be returned to me in case I am offline/afk at the time of the return. In the event that the server goes down for maintenance during this rental period, the 1 hour timer will pause until the server is online again.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Pixel_42 will pay me 5.5k before the sword changes hands and will return the sword after 1 hour has passed.
AscorbicJo will be responsible for e-repairs during this rental time.
If the sword is returned late, Pixel_42 will pay an additional 5.5k per 15 minutes.
If the sword is lost/stolen/broken while Pixel_42 is renting it, he will have 3 weeks to pay one of the following: $400k, a melon sword, or 1000 netherstars.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
