    The best thing a resident would get from Mayor then would be extra LWCs. -1 Let new people enjoy ECC and their towns. [EDIT] Some stupid trend on ECC that people beg for beginner's first towns, I wonder who made it. SMH.

    Why comment here when you can comment in general discussion. It's their choice whether or not they want to sell their town.

    If you don't care about town placement and original ownership being yours, you can have a town for 15-30k...however, to add/remove co-owner (necessary for running vibrant town), you need the Mayor rank. Therefore, if you want a town (don't care where) and mayor rank, you can get it far cheaper this way than any other.
