Looking for cos of efficientfarms

If your giving co-ownersip, not selling, im willing to help a lot. let me know, id perfer nwart or sugar, but anything is fine,

 

i would like to have co-ownersip of the potatoes section if you have one, but i will only join if you want and if your giving co-ownersip,not selling, i will help you with everything you need.

So, I can probably be an overseer to all the parts. Or just help in general for everyone at the farms. I have Investigator, Fly, and E-Repairs. Needless to say I would be happy to help.

I would love to be a co-owner. Is this free, and the only method of payment is help with upkeep? If that is the case I will enjoy this position very much.
Also, if cocoa beans are still available that is the crop I will assist with the upkeep. If not i will take another crop.
