[**** TL/DR Version: Mature, Themed town where I can build high and deep, and build my own farms and a shop. I'm friendly, willing to help out, have some donation features ***]

So I am looking for a friendly town to join. I am posting here because there is so many towns and hard to find one closest to my ideals. So hopefully it will find me.

Here is my criteria that I would like, I am flexible in most of those but to a degree. For example while I would prefer to play with people only aged 25+ but as long as the overall crowd is not completely immature I don't mind. So here is what I would like:

• Very lax height/depth requirements. Ideally I would like to be able to build 100 high or more and be able to mine/dig all the way to bedrock within the limits of my lot. However the height is important, I do plan to build big, so I don't want to end up only being able to build a Victorian style thatched house and that's it (or worse a rectangular stone house)
• Mature players. as mentioned above, I'd like it to be a 25+ town, but as long as everyone is mature then it's all good. If I wanted to hear a bunch of 14 year olds call each other f**gs I would go back to WoW or CoD.
• Can build farms. If the town has a nice farm I can use as I wish and it isn't busy then it would work, but ideally I would like to build my own, this goes back to the depth/height requirement so I could build a few floors of farms in my lot. However I am not buying a lot just for farming, I do plan to build something nice, the farms will just occupy some of the inside, preferably underground
• Can build a shop on my lot (or a separate shop only lot). Planning to trade a lot so a shop I can build or modify is a must
• Themed. I would love to have a town that will be themed, sometimes the freedom of Minecraft can be a little too much and it's hard for me to pick what to build. With a theme it would give me inspiration for something specific. And the town would look a lot nicer. Also I am not a fan of pixel art
• Active. I don't want a dead town where only the mayor logs in once in a blue moon. I would like an active community with town projects, competition and trade.

Here is the things I can bring with me:

• I am very friendly and try to help where I can. I would love to get involved in large scale town projects (e.g. building a town hall or a large statue).
• Very resourceful and find ways to get what I need or do things differently to get the same results
• Have ExtCommands, planning to get Water+/Pyro+, ExtCommands+ and ExtCreations over the next few months
• I play almost daily so I am always active, I don't like to chit chat for the hell of it, but will help out other players who have questions/problems
