Today I found a unclaimed ice spike biome in rising. I don't want it to be destroyed, but I don't have the time, funds, or homes to claim it. But I bet there is a resident or mayor who is on the verge of ranking up and is looking for a place for their town. If owning your own icespikes is of interest to you, pm me or leave a comment.
