    I am mainly looking for a friend, and a business partner who has a town, where we can build a tree farm. A portal on the town would be nice, as I do not have multi-home, but I can re-build and move all my stuff quickly. I am not very rich at the moment, but I plan to earn money and such with the farm, as well as a few other business ideas we could work on. Also, I am buying cobblestone stacks at $4.50 a stack, and sand at $7.50 a stack.
