They are normal for a plot of that size, in a quality town with close to no greafing. @animedude88 It is on portal lvl 18, on the right in the blue section.

i can sell you 50x50 for 16k don't know if that is cheap or expensive but that is my price

 

Mine would be 20k, but there are no limitations to building in your plot. There is no griefing. Remember this is a total of 25 plots and is discounted 5k or more

 

I can do it for less than 15k not including the house. If you have the house built in my town, I can do a discount on the price of it too :)
