    I don't know if this is just me, but I cant log out so my brother can log in on google chrome and internet explorer

    pippincruiser assuming you are talking about the forums, clear your browser's cookies then reopen and you should be logged out and your brother can log in under his account.

    Yes, try clearing the cache and cookies, also try downloading a different browser such as Maxton or Torch
