General Purpose of Contract:
I will give @SCgenesis a 200,000 eco dollar (ecd) loan, and @SCgenesis will pay back 240,000 ecd in 2 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Lurxolt agree to send 200,000 ecd to @SCgenesis within an day after the contract is approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@SCgenesis agrees to the following terms:
@SCgenesis will pay @Lurxolt 240,000 ecd within 2 weeks after received 200,000 ecd. Payments on the loan will be done through trade sign(s) at (x:-9205 y:79 z:-9194) in Rising. The amounts are splitted into 3 signs per 80,000 ecd.
@Lurxolt agrees to not destroy or withdraw money from the sign located at (x:-9205 y:79 z:-9194) in rising until the loan is fully paid.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

1st edit: Just changed the coords of the signs.

2nd edit: Also edited the timeframe for my payment from half an hour to 1 day as it is now almost 1 am where I live and I cannot uphold the half an hour timeframe (I have to work in a few hours and might need some sleep now).

@SCgenesis : feel free to approve of our contract or not if it takes too long for you to wait until tomorrow, but I couldn't wait any longer for your response, sorry! :)
