Hello there! Are you tight on cash, looking to buy a feature, tool, or other item/service with EcoDollars? I am now offering personal loans of varying sizes, and hope to be able to provide flexible repayment periods and reasonable interest rates!

Please feel free to reply to this thread, message me in-game, or forum message me with any questions you may have regarding this service. I will however require anyone requesting a loan to post the application in this thread before any in-game or forum contract is completed.

Spoiler: Terms of Service

1. Preferably, applicants should be either Mayor rank (Or Ex-Mayor) or a server donor. This rule is not absolute, as I am aware there are and have been long-term, trusted players who have chosen to remain a Builder or Resident. This rule is mainly to ensure loans are being given to players who intend to stick around and re-pay the loan. Loans may be given or denied to any applicant at my discrection.

2. A pre-determined interest rate will be applied to all loans. This rate will be determined on a case by case basis for the time being, and a more permanent structure may be settled on in the future. Paying off your loan early will not earn any discount on interest.

3. Late fees will apply to all loans equal to or greater than $100,000 EcoDollars that are not paid by the end of the day on their due date. All loans are due by 11:59 PM (EST) on the date settled upon. The late fee will be discussed prior to and included in the contract.

4. All loans equal to or greater than $100,000 EcoDollars will require a forum contract. Loans less than this amount may be given with an in-game contract, but may also require a forum contract at my discretion.

Currently this amount of money can be easily made in under or just over an hour fishing, farming, or mining. I recommend trying that out before seeking a loan, as it will leave you without owing a debt and be cheaper in the end.

Unfortunately I am not currently accepting new loans, hopefully we'll be back open in a couple of weeks
