    I can agree for loans being bigger than 100k anything smaller wouldn't be worth my time.

    Except there are cases where people loan money to a scammer, but a scammer who's addicted to ECC. These people have a practically risk-free loan, and they can even ask extra money because of the scammer. And even though the guy's a scammer, they'll keep coming back and appeal.

    Come back and appeal and get banned again without paying anything back 90% of the time. That's hardly a risk free loan.

    There have been plenty of cases where they did pay back, but they just repeated the same thing and got into new debt afterwards.
