Thank you for appealing. I see that you have had a trend of not paying back loans in the allotted time, and this needs to stop. You are to pay users back on the date that you/they specified, and not wait until a complaint is filed against you. This tells me that you had no intentions of paying back these users unless you were made to once the complaint was proven. This has also resulted in attempting to scam to be added to your current ban reason.

Looking through the complaints which resulted in your ban I see that you owe the following people:

I will allow you to be unbanned this time on the condition that these users are paid back in full in the allotted time frame I give you. If you fail to do so then these users have the right to file another complaint which will result in a ban. I will not tolerate you waiting for another complaint to pay back these users, and if I see this happen you will not be given the chance to pay the user while the complaint is open. You will have to go through the appeal process all over again. Before unbanning you I will be issuing you a four day temp-ban; three days for scamming and 1 for attempting to scam. Once your ban is lifted you will have two weeks to pay these users back in full which brings the new due date to May 3rd, 2014.
