    No matter what you want to call it it's still the responsibility of the user taking out the loan to not be stupid.

    I agree with Ike completely. If the user is able to comprehend the contract process, then this assumes that they are able to comprehend what they are agreeing to. If they do not fully understand what they are agreeing to and they agree on it regardless, then that is their own fault and they deserve whatever punishment is fit for breaking said contract. We can't go on spoon-feeding the children that play on this server. If we do, they will learn nothing. As much as this is a game, it's also a place to learn. In my opinion, learning from mistakes (whether they be your own or someone else's) is one of the best ways to learn.
    I don't feel this is necessary. We don't need to hold everyone's hand on this server. My word of advice for those who are getting banned because of these kind of loans, "Don't agree to anything you don't fully understand!".
    How is this relevant?
