Recently I have helped a few people in tucking away money that is then paid towards a loan or other debt... maybe even saving up for a big purchase. Regardless, I have opted to do this service on a more regular basis, even if I, myself, am not lending out any money.

Located in Awesometopia, this will be neutral ground for anyone seeking this kind of arrangement. I will offer TPs to this location if I am not occupied with a Moderator duty.

I will place a sign to 'sell' a low-cost block (cobble or dirt, etc) to the assigned party in whatever denomination requested (1k, 5k, etc). If it is for a loan payment, I will make the transfer of the final balance to the designated recipient based on the loan arrangement that will be confirmed in a forum conversation containing all parties involved.

Based on the duration of the loan, or other banking arrangement, I do charge a small fee for the use of my space, time and attention. It is posted on signs in the loan building, but also in the below screenshot.

There is limited space available as well as I am only willing to monitor so many transactions at one time.

More of the latter, I suppose. People would feel more comfortable lending if the transaction is out in the open, and without having to always rely on screenshots, since there will be increased records of the deal. Plus, there is the benefit that once the funds are in a sign there is no way for the user to take it back and lose it in lotto or something.

 

I do, yes. It varies depending on the duration of the loan or whatever. For those without multi-home I will offer TP services to get to the facility, do what I can to make sure everything is paid up on time so that no one gets in trouble.

I plan, also, do to Storage facility in the same building for those needing a place for hoarding things in a place that is both secure and supervised.
