I definitely like this idea. I wouldn't be able to participate yet, as I'm newly mayor, and so my town is just wild land at the moment. But think it's a great idea nonetheless and sometime in the future, I might look more into it
Let me know if you need help in planning. The road itself costs nothing to make, and I have an easy pattern to use.
@steveshizzle you called it. griefed. luckily the parts are dirt cheap to free. and a database of it with evidence has been created. It will be available to any mayor that runs a name through it before renting.
Quick update, added the first public dock. Boats an poles are available. Also mayors there is a 100x100 piece at about 40% cleared and shaped. If you know a residen that is about to tick. Get in touch with me. I'll show them to it.
Update: road construction as resumed. We are stretching north and east from /warp Fairfield if you have a town in this area lemme know I'll build your way and link you in. If you want to put up a town on the road welcome. The more the merrier. Stay tuned for mor updates soon.
@mookiema I've been floating the idea of a highway system linking towns and cities, called the Ecobahn. http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/expand-the-ecobahn.133390/#post-725629 The idea generated A LOT of interest but all interested parties are too far away for the construction to make sense for me at the moment. 13609x -3225z are the coordinates to my Rising town.
