    I saw a lot of people using a sign with Lift up and Lift down on it.
    I wonder how to make a sign like that.

    You need the ExtCreations feature, which can be bought from our shop, or some users sell donation features for ECD, about 6k/USD.
    Alternativley, you can hire someone to place them for you.
