EDIT: can there be an exclusion for people that purchase 75 levels. This should be something you grind for, not buy.

Not active enough to really want to bother anymore, but to anyone who is planning on competing for coupons here's my recommendations:

Start with woodcutting, it trains at lightspeed.

Train Alchemy with a partner, near doubles the speed.

Acro r quick, makes der moolah potentially while training via acting as a dummy.

Too lazy to think of other tips, poke me if you decide you need some.

Yeah the abilities are capped at 1000, however it appears we missed the ones with a duration so the ones with duration are increasing to like a minute long. Will be changing that very soon.
