    Well this will problably get hated on but here

    Suggestion a law suit swction on fourms where if you feel something wasnt settled fairly you can sue here
    Additional not quite sure who wouls handle this maybe a whole new staff rank called judge would be above mod below smod that way if a resident was illeally moved from a town they get their materials AND they can sue for the plot value back would add more realistic tone to ecc and such!
    Im open to opinions please be valm dont nerf me

    The only way I can see "law suits" being is implemented with player run courts in the Role - Playing section. These would, of course not be legally binding, because they need not be.

    We have a complaints section that works just fine. If someone wrongs you, the offending party will receive consequences and/or any monetary loss of yours will be recouped.

    I have to disagree with lawsuits as a legally binding form of mediation simply because they are just too open to trolling and semantics (considering these would most likely deal with the issues that are not technically illegal but are unpleasant and frowned upon within the community).

    The mayor is either banned or has to return the money in the event of an illegal clear.
    Also, if something wasn't settled fair, I believe you can re-appeal idk though

    there is no court of justice on ECC

    just staff ruling based behind closed door discussions with rules that only they can see
