Actually towns can range from between 25-65k I rarely see a flat town go for 100k and again he is only trying to help he isn't trying to be rude however your just looking at it in that way... If you do some of the things in /help Money you could get that money in no time at all if you put your mind to it and borrow an EFF 7 which there are deals that allow for you to pay for it after you've used it you could make an easy 20k in one day its just down to your dedication and how much your actually willing to put into the train park. -Gecko

First off if you are trying to earn money lottery is one of the worst places to go to get it. Second of all I know you have to earn money. Do you honestly think I got to where I am by not knowing how to earn money? Third of all for you to own a town you can buy them off other players, I never once stated you needed to get to mayor before you do anything. Lastly I am fed up with trying to help you on here you are not listening to @imSwag__ or my suggestions which have all been valid and not impossible to do. It seems as if we are going in circles because at the moment you seem to have a closed mindset meaning you think you are unable to do anything. If you want to go far in Ecc I suggest changing that as people will slowely stop helping you. Ecc is a lovely community however we can only donate so much towards peoples causes and you have to earn peoples respect to get donations for now I don't think you have really shown either of us respect so I wish you good luck with this project as I will be no longer returning to this post. -Gecko

Getting 85k is a piece of cake if you put your mind to it, and with your amount of dedication, it will take officially 64 years and 7 months for you to get mayor. Try hard, and you'll achieve success. Best of luck to you! P.S.- Money does grow on trees- You can sell leaves, apples, and vines to gain a little cash
@LSGDoc you have to learn that money is not something you get from waiting- its something to work for. You seem like you have made no effort whatsoever to gain any sort of money. If you can't work hard, you won't get far in this server.
From what I van see from your profile, it took you 1 month+, to get res, while the majority of people get it easily within a week. I did minor jobs and minor farming, and got resident in 4 days. As long as you are willing to get what you want, you will get it. You need to work hard for money- if you are like this irl, chances are, you won't survive the real world
Thanks for proving my point, @LSGDoc. You joined in 2015, and I joined in late January. If I can get from Builder to Mayor in 1 month, without any major gambling or lotto, then you can too. As I explained endlessly, if you really want something, you will get it. You don't act like you actually want the town, because your not using any effort to do so. A town usually sells for 25k- thats 2-3 hours of work. The average person works irl for 8-10 hours a day, and if you can't even grind for 30 min, I think thats a problem. Im not trying to harass you or make fun of you, LSG, I wouldn't ever mean to do such a thing like that. I wish you luck on getting your town, and work hard for your goal! If you try, anything is possible
I'm going to make it easier for talented and dedicated players to get towns. The Empire of Epicure will issue a statement about this in the near future. So, I would keep an eye out for that.
