Welcome all! I am Avaina1918. Some may know me, some may not. But i am here today to announce a special event! The town of Las Sendas's one year anniversary is rapidly approaching, and on that day, a special party will take place in the town of Las Sendas.

The Las Sendas Grand Re-opening Party!

For some time, myself and my coworkers have been working hard to rebuild this town in order to bring new and innovating homes to the general public. Six floor plans have been commissioned by AvainaArchitects, over fifty facades designed, and forty lots cleared and reconstructed in this community. Las Sendas is EcoCityCraft's first and only new home community reminiscent of a real community in real life.

Yes, tract housing and new home communities have come to ECC.

Avaina Homes is throwing a grand re-opening party to celebrate the heritage of this great server, of towns of the past and communities of the future. This two day festival is to you. To us.

The event will be held at 1pm Pacific Standard Time (go here for a time conversion) on Saturday, May 31, the one year anniversary of Las Sendas's first public release.

Las Sendas is a friendly community with spacious 20x30 lots, beautiful, landscaped homes, and friendly neighbors. Las Sendas is also a growing community, with man other towns coming in the future.

For those of you with a specific interest in Las Sendas, you can join our VIP Interest List. This list is for those who want a special tour of the community. VIPs will get a special tour of the community on May 30th (the time will be privately sent to the VIPs). Members of the VIP Interest List will have first pick on lots and spec homes.

Market entrance is between stalls 2 and 3.
