House is in the town of Tyria, This is the first home that has been placed for sale in this new town. The town does not currently have a portal but will have one soon. I am looking to sell for 30K but price is negotiable.

Spleef arena is complete, pvp arena almost built then will just need the funds to apply, town farm is a 50x50x3 pumpkin farm that is next on the agenda.
