General Purpose of Contract:
Land Filling, Partial Land Clearing and Payment.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I (@Rilene) will provide 4 double chests (13824 items) of cobblestone for @BaseballIsGolden within 24 hours after the contract approval to fill in the designated area ("11902 62 -11302" to "11998 62 -11398" in Rising), the size is 96*96, requiring just 9216 cobblestone.

I (@Rilene) will not provide any more cobblestone since there is more than enough and I (@Rilene) will not use the cobblestone provided to @BaseballIsGolden.

I (@Rilene) will pay @BaseballIsGolden $15000 within 48 hours after the land filling is complete.

The designated area will take in my Inspiria Town.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@BaseballIsGolden will fill the designated area ("11902 62 -11302" to "11998 62 -11398" in Rising) with my provided cobblestone.

@BaseballIsGolden will clear some portion of the land which obstructs in the designated area ("11902 62 -11302" to "11998 62 -11398" in Rising).

@BaseballIsGolden can take all the leftover cobblestone after the job is done, if @BaseballIsGolden loses provided cobblestones and isn't complete with his land filling job, @BaseballIsGolden must get his own cobblestone supplies.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
