Got a town you need flattened? Too busy irl or ingame to do it yourself? Well, good news for you! @Aro_, @Diamond_Finder34 and I are clearing land!

Prices depend on terrain, although I will most likely let you decide in the end. But I will let you now if i feel if it should be slightly different- for example we will not be clearing a 200x200 extreme hills biome for 5k unless you have like 90% of it done...
Example: Cearing a mountain for 30k is fine. Clearing it for 10k isnt really reasonable. :p

Payments can be received before OR after land is cleared, but agreement/payments will be screenshotted. Payment will be split equally beween @Aro_, @Diamond_Finder34 and I. You may create a contract if that makes you feel safer, too. My personal average for town clearing is 2 weeks for a normal-sized town, and if you have a time limit/range for us please be sure to let us know!

Starting the land clearing business again!
Starting again because its summer, which means I have more time to work on this. I'm sure that, by now, @Baccuus you have already gotten your town done? If not, let me know :)
Although for town clearing I request a minimum of 2 weeks to complete, as its less stressful for me, Aro and Diamond.
