Finally, after a busy holiday season, roommate's flu & my flu, (then his again), I'm back in action and accepting building demo jobs. Small land clears will be considered while I work on @Lurxolt 's job primarily.

I'm currently half done my existing job, and would be able to start this one right after. I may even enlist @Lady_Frost to help me and ensure that I can try and meet your deadline. I frequently have 2-3 full days a week to work on the job, with 2-3 hours a day on other days, so my hope is that it will go quickly. 200x200x10 x6 @ 20k each = 120k. I'll throw in the 200x200x4 for free.

Sadly, I wouldn't be able to get to this for a while, having just accepted David's job and it is equally as extensive. However, if the job still needs doing, or even partially doing, once I'm freed up, I will happily complete this for you.

It is only a 200x200, I just have slowly cleared large chunks of it already so its actually less than that by now
Once I have some tools I will be available for hire on the City server... and may expand my available services to block placement as well. Nothing says 'willing to do any job' like being a Builder again.
@KMaxwell Just the person I was looking for! I’ll do the 20k or whatever for my spawn town. I don’t care about the materials. I have max tools for myself and will probably work on the bottom layers myself if you do the top.. Are your prices still the same? Or are you charging more without eff10/7.. I don’t need 10 layers really.. I just want to get started on building ASAP. Also.. how do you handle rivers and areas of water? Those are mainly my biggest concern. I would like to get them filled in if possible..Is it from the highest point of land down or just to the level specified? For example all I need is 200x200 cleared to 62.. there are some hilly areas but nothing too crazy.. Oasis.. 2nd row East of spawn if you want to take a lookthanks. I will also pay if front and would like it done ASAP. Maybe a bonus if done quicker. I’m willing to share my tools if needed as well if you are on and I’m not. If that helps.. Thanks!
Prices will remain the same regardless of my tools (I'm now up to unenchanted diamond). I could get started right away... though rivers will be an issue (I don't have a stock of sponges yet), but I can always fill it in with dirt and then dig it out again as needed. I'm going to look forward to working with you, ajp.
I will set up a chest for you to have access.. I have a max silk shovel.. max for3 pick... max silk pick.. and eff5 unb3 axe. Your welcome to use them when I’m not on or don’t need them... It’s been a bit tough to get max tools so far.. I spent about 70k all together. I may not be on to later but let me know when you want to get started and I’ll go into minechat and add you. If your interested I will need a lot of sand so if you keep it and want to sell it back to me that would be great but up to you. I have about 120k left.. I need 50k for a Warp so the rest is basically for clearing and building the town so there is more ecd if you want it..I’m planning on clearing levels 5-30 after leveling the town so we will talk. I'm gradually working to replace my crap tools with functional ones. With the auto e-reps I've got UNB3 seems a waste just now so I'm ignoring the existence of that enchant for the time being.
