Intro​

I am currently the co-mayor of @steveshizzle's town La_Ciudad along with @SirChilledMrHobo and @VTFAN8. I created and am maintaing this thread to share real estate opprotunities in the town with the community.

Chrysler Building​

The Chrysler Building is a skyscraper located very near /warp la_ciudad. The building has high quality, spacious apartments for sale for 2-5k each. Perfect for new players looking for a place to start their ecc adventure and more experienced players looking for a new home at low cost. We currently have 15 apartments for sale in the building, 1 per floor.​

Shizzle Tower​

The Shizzle tower is located directly across from the Chrysler Building. The Shizzle Tower features a creatively designed exterior and 28 spacious apartments in the interior, 2 per floor. The apartments sell for just 1.5k each and are perfect for new players looking for a good place to start out at a low cost.

Coming Soon... Summit Tower​

The Summit Tower, currently under construction, is going to be a massive luxury apartment building with 48 apartments for sale. Apartments will cost 5k each. The Summit Tower lobby also features the town headquarters, with the town Rules and Information walls and Mayor's conference hall.

Prebuilt​

In addition to apartments, La Ciudad offers a number of luxurious prebuilt homes. These houses are perfect for more experienced players looking to upgrade their first starter home or apartment

Mall​

In addition to our residential properties, La_Ciudad offers commercial opportunities in our Mall. We currently have 14 stalls available at 10-12k each. We are going to be bringing a lot of people into the town with all of the apartment buildings, making a market stall here very profitable. Residents of the town can purchase a stall for 25% off. Each stall comes with a storage room on the third floor of the building.
