Thanks to the glorious efforts of @GStoner3 the new jewel of the Town of Domini is open for residence and businesses! Humbly we present KMax Tower!


This building will feature SEVEN large retail levels that will sell for 11-15k/floor:


There will also be NINE levels devoted to residences, all higher up within the tower, selling for 8-10k/floor:

Edit: The town of Domini will be linked to the Rising town of Thera (Spawn Gate town, west side), which should increase both traffic and value of shops and homes here!​

Assuming Skymaster200 makes the purchase of floor15, that leaves floor14 and that is 8k.

 

Largest is 35/36 wide by 49/50 long and 4 blocks high (not including floor/ceiling, which cannot be changed). Each floor higher is 1-2 blocks shorter, and all floors are vaguely l-shaped.
