Upon attempting to get onto the server today, there was a lag that prevented me from moving (bringing me back to where I started) and then a short moment later I am kicked. Have I been banned from the server or is this a glitch/major lag problem? I can't do anything. Also: I am not flying, or even using hacks/mods. Please help? Sorry to bother anyone with this problem, but I don't know what to do.

Try using any of your homes, and/or familiar warps.
If that doesn't work, TP to spawn and AFK while trying to get in-game help from a moderator.
You aren't banned, just kicked. You CAN rejoin.
If you can't, and truly are banned, file an appeal, but you should be fine :D -
"Kicked for flying or related" simply happens when you lag and the server interpretes your sent positions as "in the air for a suspiciously long time". Annoying, but unfixable unless removing the protection against the original cause, fly mods.
