As with anticheat issues, you need to give as much infomation as possible.
What was your ping when you got kicked?

Have you been having any internet issues today?. I do remember you saying earlier that you timed out, which is usually always caused by your internet connection to the server

 

were you by chance trying to break blocks? I have noticed that if in sg and your trying to break blocks you sometimes get kicked.
