Hello.
/ignore is a pointless command if it just wipes all people ignored after restart..
Can this be changed? so people stay ignored even after restart, every time the server restarts I still hear the same retards bitching about how they cant win lotto or some other shit..
Please, take this suggestion into consideration at least..

I never really use the ignore command to be honest, but since I see most of the community seeing that the command is pointless since it resets a lot, then I'd have to agree. Sometimes (Rarely) when I get annoyed at chat, I'd just leave all the channels & chill out in my party chat or with friends. Definitely a +1 on my side due to many (Probably a lot more) reasons that this would be useful (Very).

This has been asked for at least 20 or 30 times. It has been cussed and discussed at least a thousand times. The ideal that staff continues to suggest the /ignore command never ceases to amaze me and it is no wonder that we continue to see the same complaints over and over since the ignore sometimes only lasts 15 minutes or so (due to restart).
I still totally agree and support this suggestion!-

From a technical point of view:
If I recall correctly /ignore data is actually stored in memory. The memory cannot be preserved during restarts, so this means the plugin would need to be modified to include either a flat file database (effectiveness depending on the size) or an actual database. I haven't done any work with databases in Java so far, so I can't really say how much time it would take to add a whole new SQL/NoSQL database (or at least a new table) setup to the plugin.
