ECC Sponsor Karin's 1 Year Treasure Hunt

Hello friends I'm about to hit my 1 year mark on ECC, and I wanna do a fun event to celebrate that, and also to give back to this amazing community that has enriched the last year of my life so much <3

Before I played on ECC, I was playing GTA V Online practically every day, playing often with a small group of friends, usually on a server that had no randoms (aka people who killed everyone all the time). It was a fun and chill time, but to be honest, that overall community is toxic, and sadly my group of friends deteriorated due to toxcity I basically cut off all ties with my friends (or they did that to me first), and decided I needed to find a new game/community to get into. I decided on Minecraft, because my husband Jerry (Billy_Sastard777) played it a lot a few years ago, and I figured it was something we could play together. So, I went on Google, searched for Economy servers (he'd played on one years ago that was pretty cool), and eventually found ECC, and fell in love with it immediately. I haven't left since

I've met some amazing people over the last year, and have certainly met some friends-for-life (shout-out to my bestie @blazwura97, and my first friend on the server, @Revanrose6). I look forward to spending another year, and hopefully more to come, with you guys on ECC

The Event: Treasure Hunt on Main
A treasure hunt in one of my towns on Main (will announce where when the time is ready ). When I got the town, there was a bunch of cute houses there, and I've decided to leave the houses as they are for now, and built a few more cute ones too. It's kind of like a Ghost Town The chests (or barrels) will be hidden throughout the town, in the houses and around the town in random spots (nowhere is off-limits, so check everywhere). Some chests will be easy to spot, others will be hidden quite well Only a few chests are inaccessible to someone without fly, btw; most are easy to walk/jump to Basically, whomever gets to a chest first gets the prize in it; it's a total free-for-all. Every chest has something; some might just have random stuff like colored blocks or wood.

The Prizes: *free travelbag service - except for spawner keys/spawners*
- Spawner Keys and random spawners (will be server specific, so only for Main)
- A few $10 giftcards for the ECC Shop
- Ore blocks (including some emeralds!)
- Nether stars
- Max/low enchanted tools
- Max armor
- Random, cool Heads
- Enchanted books
- Spawn eggs and miscellaneous Star Casino items

The Time: Wednesday Sept 9th, 5pm EST - ???
I officially joined the forums on September 12th, 2019. I actually joined the server though a few days before that, I believe on the 9th. So, due to that fact and since Wednesdays are one of my days off, I will be doing this event on Wednesday September 9th, at 5pm EST (server time).

I will post what town this is taking place in the morning of the event, so stay tuned for that It will be in a comment! However, don't try to sneak into the town; there is a flag set, so no one can enter until it's time

I've decided to do a raffle, for those who didn't get anything, or for those who missed the event. Really, anyone I see at the event, or who posts a comment here, I'll enter your name into a raffle. The prize will be an undisclosed amount ECC Shop Gift Card I will keep this thread open for comments, and draw the raffle, on Saturday, September 12th, sometime between 2am-5am PST (5am-8am EST).

Update: Since I've had multiple people ask about donating to this, I've set up a donation chest (5k at a time) at /warp zinnland on MN It's right inside the treehouse
