    Well sasv asked me for 15k (i think for resident) claiming he would pay me back 25k in a week. We shall see what happens... I have screenshots to prove it.

    The user may be in a different time zone then you. I would suggest you give the user a couple hours to make payment before posting a complaint. Also nowhere in the screen shots does it state how much the user is to pay back, so the user may have agreed to only paying back the 15k that was loaned to him/her.
