.. And the cost would be 440$.
Easy, huh? You can also give specific directions for what you want your house to look like other than the materials being used.


1) Sizes:
15x15 = 80$ +10$ per elevation level.
20x20 = 100$ + 15$ per elevation level.
30x30 = 200$ +20$ per elevation level.
50x50 = 400$ +40$ per elevation level.
Town Project [FRAME] (100x100) = 1400$, +30$ per 10x10 blocks added.

2) Types:
Medieval - Consists of common and good blocks, from cobblestone to obsidian. = 200$
Modern - Consists of natural blocks, common blocks, and decor blocks. = 200$
Fancy - Consists of natural blocks, pricey blocks, and decor blocks. = 150$
Casual - Consists of natural and common blocks. = 80$
Farm - Consists of natural blocks. = 300$
Urban - Consists of good blocks and decor blocks. = 400$
Hotel/Apartments - Consists of common and decor blocks. = 200$, successful hotels/apartments must be at least 20x20.

3) Mechanics:
Elevators - Water elevator or trapdoor elevator - 50$
Basic Door Bell - Basic "Ding Dong" Door Bell activated by a button. = 100$
Fancy Door Bell - Fancy short tune activated by a button. = 150$
Water Placement - 10$ per placement.

4) Other:
Symmetry = Free
Staircase = Free
2 or more floors = size+elevation cost
Natural Lighting (Windows) = Free
Block Lighting (Torch, Glowstone, Pumpkin) = Free
