user to user jobs are a great idea but they dont seem very stable, I definitely think using the jobs mod where you can be a miner, builder, farmer etc. will attract more people to making money and keeping the money flowing :)

The problem is that Jobs can lag the server and It would inflate the server way too much. We already can sell a LOT of things to the server and other people like to buy stuff anyways.
