Is it possible to make a wall in spawn were u can see different jobs that people need to get done ?

Most likely will not happen, as you need permissions to spawn to add a sign.
Ask for a job in /ch tr if you need one.

I personally think that it would be great to have a job wall but could cause some havoc down the road.
