I'm the owner of the town Highland.

Right now, I'm looking for someone to build large houses/mansions in an area of my town. I live in a mansion in the town, and I would like the houses to be about as impressive as my own.

When the house is built and sold, I will split the profit with the builder. For example, if the house is 20,000, I may get 13,000 and the builder may get 7,000. Or we could just divide it down the middle. I'm willing to negotiate. I'm not out to scam anyway; I'll be fair with pricing. I'm also willing to give the builder a home in the town while they are building, or long term.
