It is a safe and prosperous neighborhood where everyone gets along and there is little to no griefing because here in jadecity we only sell to players that have worked hard to get the minimum plot price of $2000 and who are deemed trustworthy! it is a place where builders and residents can bring in a fortune from the public farm, and where presidents and mods can live happily aswell.
I kconahan the town mayor have donated extensively to the server and by doing so can give the residents of jadecity many perks, such as free water placement! free tps! free ext creations! and can repair your tools! the town also has a massive farming structure where the residents can farm melons, pumkins and wheat! also for the larger plot size holders there r 2 more floors unlocked-sugarcane and potatos! and more floors coming soon! i as the town mayor am at your service when ever i am on the server!
the plot prices are as follows-10x10 2k, 16x16 5k, 20x20 8k, 30x30 10k. i also have shoping building available for sale which are 8k! they are in the middle of town and get lots of people everyday!
