There is no such thing as iwc, so I am going to assume you mean LWC. This is the plugin that locks things like chests and doors. To add a user to a lock, do "/cmodify <username>" and then locked block that you want the user to be added to. To remove a user, do "/cmodify -<usernmae>". See a list of our commands here. You may also do "/lwc help" for more information regarding LWC.
