Brief Description:
When doing /itemfilter menu and selecting soul soil, it still picks up soul soil.

Instructions:
1.) Go to nether and find naturally generated soul soil
2.) Enable a soul soil filter by doing /itemfilter menu and clicking soul soil
3.) Mine soul soil and try to pick it up

How many times did you recreate this?:
Dozens. Even tried enabling and disabling it a few times

Result:
Picking up soul soil

Expected Result:
I shouldn't pick the block up
