I really need help! I made a boarder for a town, did the sign on the edge thing, but when I go on to the "Applications (Residents+) -Town Protection/Mayor-" forum, it wont let me create a new topic! When I log out of my ecc account, it says i can create a new topic, but then when i click on "new topic" it makes me log in, then i cant create one again! Instead of it saying "new topic" it says "search this forum"! And just so you know, i am resident and i have all the funds i need to become a mayor. I got a Mod to help me and I really apreciate that, but we still couldn't figure it out! There also isn't a "new topic" button on the bottom of the screen either! Can someone please help me, because this is my favorite minecraft server ever! :cry: :cry: :cry:

 

I got resident, but 4 some reason it says i'm not on here, you can even see my account on the server, and it says resident!
